  3. Heard –Learn-Know Truth • Jesus: • Know the authoritative source – if willing to do (Jn. 7:17-18, 10:38, 8:28) • Know the truth – make you free (Jn. 8:32) • Know the only true God (Jn. 17:3)

  4. Heard –Learn-Know Truth • Paul: • Purpose of “revelation” – (I Cor. 2:12-14) • Know the love of Christ (Eph. 3:19) • Confidence in knowledge (2 Tim. 1:12, 4:7-8)

Heard –Learn-Know Truth • John: • We know we know him – keep Lord’s commandments (I Jn. 2:3-5) • Know who is begotten of God – those do righteousness (I Jn. 2:29) • Know we have passed out of death into life – love brethren (I Jn. 3:13-19) • Know the spirit of God- Truth – confess Jesus has come in the flesh (I Jn. 4:2,6)
