How to distribute Distribute the number or variable on the outside of the parentheses to the numbers/variable inside the parentheses.(Use arrows to help guide you when distributing) After distributing the number you multiply it Finally add or subtract the numbers ( depends if the number is neg. or pos.) Ooooohhhhhh this looks interesting 6(15-7) (6×15) and (6×-7) 90 and -42 90 – 42 = 48
