  14. How could we make this dream become true? But, wait a moment. How could we make this dream become true?

  15. How could we make this dream become true? How many mountains we have to climb before we celebrate our victory?

  16. How could we make this dream become true? How many mountains we have to climb before we celebrate our victory? How many rivers we have to cross before we can open the champagne?

  17. How could we make this dream become true? There are really, really so many questions we have to ask and answer by ourselves. Why we need SKOLKOVO now, not 20 years before, not 20years later? Why you put the SKOLKOVO over there? not around the Moscow University? What are the resources around SKOLKOVO which can help SKOLKOVO? Who will pay the attention on how to create an innovation service system which could assembling the resource and to provide the value added service to the entrepreneurs and high tech companies.

  18. How could we make this dream become true? There are really, really so many questions we have to ask ourselves. How would you promote the SKOLKOVO and how could you attracting, keeping and make a win-win situation with your tenants? Finally, who are the stakeholder and who will get the great benefit from SKOLKOVO? How these stakeholders could in some way, pay back to the SKOLKOVO, to make SKOLKOVO being the sustainable society?

  19. How could we make this dream become true? These are the key questions we have to think carefully, and answer carefully before we start to digging the ground. Fortunately. many science parks have successfully running by more then 50 years. We are living in a very small society that make us easily to learn from each other and share our experience.

  20. We would like help to make this dream become true! I come from China, for instance, the Chinese science park have already has more then 20 years history and know the total out put from the major science parks in China contribute more then 20% of GDP.

  21. We would like help to make this dream become true! There is an Zhongguancun Science Park in Beijing. The Zhongguancun Science Park, Beijing: the annual output value of this park took 20% of that of Beijing’s total value. The main reason is that Beijing is the political and cultural center, and it is the dream for most intellectuals, which serves as the main factor to gather those talents.

  23. General introduction of TusPark-Overview TusPark Co., Ltd was set up in 1994，The first building was finished on 1998, Total 730,000 square meters of 22 buildings was finished by 2010. There are around 400 companies and 35000 employees working in the TusPark.

TusPark is one of the most successful university science Park in China, I will use more time at afternoon session to explain: • Why China need science park? • What is science park? • What are the key elements for successful science park? • Where is the TusPark • Who are the major tenants of TusPark • What kinds of resource around TusPark • What kinds of service provided by TusPark, • Who get the benefit from TusPark • What is the main experience we gain from our 18 years experience.

I am not sure if I could answer all the questions raised at the beginning of this presentation about how could we make a successful innovative society of SKOLKOVO What I am very sure is that it is our great honor to be here to share our experience which will contribute a lot to the future success of SKOLKOVO.
