CROWDED Recommend use of Appropriate Standards for all Services and Facilities. Can plan for both existing and any projected growth.
U Urban Management The plans are OK but …. ………………..there’s no enforcement! ………………..there’s no money to build/maintain the new roads! ………………..there’s no State Land reserved for new schools! ………………..different agencies have different plans! ………………..decisions have been made without telling us!
