方 法: 1.咬合板:神经-肌肉反射控制作用 • 稳定咬合板:6个月 • 松弛咬合板:降低升颌肌紧张度 • 弹性咬合板 • 尖牙高牙合型咬合板:16岁以上患者
2.调牙合:牙合因素为病因者 3.肌松弛:理疗、局部封闭 4.行为治疗:Visual imagery Relaxation tapes before going to sleep Deep breathing exercise 5.药物治疗: INTENDED FOR SHORT TERM USE ONLY Benzodiazepines(苯并二氮) β - Adrenergic Antagonists Botulinum Toxin-A (BTX-A)(肉毒菌毒素-A) 6.其他:牙周治疗、针灸
