Membership • Basic ABA Membership includes the employed member, his / her spouse, partner and legal dependents in majority of the packaged - cost saving benefit programs**. • Joining the ABA is as easy as 1 – 2 - 3. Upon enrollment, members will receive an immediate Welcome email with their personal ABA member identification number, log in password to access their member benefits with details regarding receipt their complete membership fulfillment package. • Anyone ages 18 to 79 and actively employed at least 20 hours per week can join the ABA. • Basic ABA Membership is only $39.95 per month*.

11. Supplemental Membership Option EXCLUSIVE GROUP TERM LIFE Option for ABA Members Only ABA Members can expand their Basic Association Membership Life Insurance coverage. Elect this EXCLUSIVE ABA Membership Buy-Up Option. 12. Supplemental Membership Options Members of American Benefits Association can also add any or all of the following Group programs to their member benefits package. Legal Care Direct™ Family Protection Plan Legal Care Direct’s Family Legal Plan anchors the Family Protection Plan. Legal Care Direct™ is a discount legal referral service with a nationwide network of plan attorneys who provide free and discounted legal care for over 1 million families. Membership includes you, your spouse or domestic partner, dependent children under the age of 25, and any dependents that may be living with you such as a parent or grandparent. The plan also provides ABA members with access to a network of pre-qualified professionals in each of the following disciplines: Tax Preparation and Advise, Financial Education, Credit Counseling, Identity Theft Solutions and LifeEvents™Counseling

Supplemental Membership Options In the event of a breakdown, members need a comprehensive and rapid response service network.  Roadside Protect utilizes a broad network of contracted, insured service providers throughout the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico to handle all types of vehicle disablement services. Coverage is provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for automobiles, commercial trucks, motorcycles, and other vehicles and gives your members roadside assistance benefits customized to your needs. Roadside Assistance Members of American Benefits Association can also add any or all of the following Group programs to their member benefits package.

14. Supplemental Membership Options Members of American Benefits Association can also add the following Group program to their member benefits package. Tele-Medicine Services • Convenience – avoid waiting for an appointment and taking time to go to the doctor’s office for non-emergency medical needs. • Savings – CallMD is much less expensive and time consuming than visits to the emergency room, urgent care center and doctor’s office. • Information – On-line access to extensive health and wellness database through co-branded employer portal. • Service and Safety – CallMD manages employees’ important medical information and makes it available for visits to the doctor/specialist and in emergencies. CallMD is a non-emergency medical service with a nationwide network of licensed and board certified physicians that can diagnose, treat and provide prescriptions for non-narcotic/non-DEA controlled substances. All calls are coordinated through CallMD’s 24/7 medical call center staffed with registered nurses.
