IT Update – Texas Market Link(Portal Replacement Project Phase 1) • Status: • Texas Market Link (TML) was launched in parallel on May 3rd • Issues to report: • As of June 1 there are no significant issues. • Market usage: • As of June 1 TML is handling 15-25% of the daily “portal” traffic • Being accessed by 60+ Market Participants (30REP, 30QSE) • Next Steps: • Planned Outage: • Working with Client Relations to determine timing of planned outage of Top-Tier Portal to surface any Market issues prior to end of parallel. • De-commissioning TopTier Portal (https://portal.ercot.com) • TML and Top-Tier Portal platforms planned for parallel until July 1, 2004 to allow for transition period of market users and interfaces. • Client Relations will send notice to Market advising of decommissioning of https://portal.ercot.com. The planned dates of service are: • May 3-July 1: https://tml.ercot.com and https://portal.ercot.com • 1 day TBD: planned outage of https://portal.ercot.com • July1-forward: https://tml.ercot.com

Retail Market Guide • RMS approved changes/updates to Retail Market Guide will be made quarterly • 1st quarter ending March 31st • 2nd quarter ending June 30th • 3rd quarter ending September 30th • 4th quarter ending December 31st • Retail Market Guide website updated to include link to Retail Market Guide Change Control Form for downloading

Retail Market Guide • Email address established for submission of changes/updates (RMGChangeControl@ercot.com) • ERCOT staff will monitor change/update requests to the RMG • Submitted change requests to the RMG will be presented to RMS for review and possible action • Approved changes will be incorporated into the RMG as a redlined version until TAC and the ERCOT Board have approved the RMG at the end of the quarter
Retail Market Guide • Updates to the RMG may occur outside the normal quarterly update process in the event of a PUCT directed market change. These updates will also require RMS, TAC and ERCOT Board approval, respectively • Retail Market Guide Change Control Form has also been revised to include a change control manager monitoring section
