Why did we choose Greenhouse? Old world: • Old ATS was a bit outdated and we weren’t collecting the type of feedback that we needed. • Reviewing candidates and leaving feedback was too often becoming difficult. • The interview process was not outlined. With Greenhouse… • We can clearly see where all candidate are at any given time, and set up alerts to make sure we contact everyone in a timely manner, ensuring we make great hires quickly and candidates have a positive experience. • Scorecards will allow us to maintain a consistent interview process across all candidates and make more data-based decisions.

Task Management Referrals Social Media Sharing Configuring Your Dashboard You can customize the order of these modules on your dashboard to best streamline your workflows.
Task Management Referrals Social Media Sharing Configuring Your Dashboard From this module, you can: • Add a new referral • Create a custom tracking link to share jobs with your network • Track where your referrals are in the process
Task Management Referrals Social Media Sharing Configuring Your Dashboard When you click the “+Referral” button, you will be prompted to upload a resume and fill in information about your referral. Any required fields are marked with a “*”. After you click submit, you can follow your referral in the “My Referrals” module.
Referrals Social Media Sharing Configuring Your Dashboard Connect to your personal and/or professional networks! Once you connect you can post links to jobs, which will give you credit if someone applies. You can also schedule posts to go out on a reoccurring basis.
Task Management Referrals Social Media Sharing Configuring Your Dashboard If you are interested in scheduling posts, you’ll select the jobs, date/time, and then write the body of the post. Note that jobs will be posted one at a time, not all at once.
Task Management Referrals Social Media Sharing Configuring Your Dashboard When you post or schedule a post, the job will appear in your selected Social Media profile.
To get started, select “+” then create new job Opening a Job Job Info Scorecard Determine how you want to create the job Hiring Team Approvals Notifications
Opening a Job Job Info Job name for internal purposes Job name that will appear on job boards Scorecard Department associated with the job Hiring Team Office(s) the job is opened in Seniority level of the job Approvals Number of openings Type of Employment Notifications Other custom fields such as salary range and bonus options
Opening a Job Here you will customize the set of attributes for your role. These will each be rated when you are submitting feedback after an interview. Job Info Scorecard Hiring Team Approvals Notifications

Opening a Job Report sent weekly with high level stats about the job Job Info Notification for every new candidate that applies Scorecard Notification only when candidates apply through the internal job board Notification when referrals are submitted or apply to the job Interview Plan Notification when an agency submits a candidate through the agency portal Hiring Team Notification for when a job is approved to start recruiting Notification for when an offer is approved Approvals Configurable notifications for specific stage transitions Notifications Configurable notifications for scorecard submissions on a particular stage (or all)

Candidate Profile Application Review
Candidate Profile On 1 Job: Click here to see all of the job information, including stage and source. Activity Feed: This is a record of all of the major activities that have happened with the candidate. Details: Here’s where you can find all of the candidate’s contact information and any other data that you collect about the candidate. Private: This tab will only be visible to certain users and contains any information marked “Private” about the candidate. From this top portion of the Candidate Profile, you can also view contact info and follow the candidate. Application Review

Manage Alerts on a candidate if they are a potential duplicate or if they have been in a stage too long Set Follow-up Reminders to stay on top of tasks Candidate Profile Leave notes and alert your colleague by @mentioning them, which generates an email notification Application Review Tag candidates and filter by those tags on the Candidates tab Email the candidate or email the team Make the candidate Private, mark them as ”Do Not Email” Add a Prospect process to the profile
View Applications to Review on your Dashboard. Click the Application Review link to start reviewing: Candidate Profile Application Review
View important candidate info – Name, source, application questions Candidate Profile Application Review Quickly review the resume and cover letter in one view Make a decision about a candidate by clicking Advance or Reject. You can always Skip to keep them in Application Review Click “Leave Feedback” to leave an abbreviated scorecard and @mention colleagues.
