Uniques vs CWDs Limit any reference to “uniques” in this DAOD 2.Clarifying role of functional and business leaders Greater distinction made between the roles of business and functional leaders Responsibilities for communication methods and tools will be assigned to DCCO/HR service providers 3.Right communication tools Managers will use provided tools 4. Roles and responsibilities Specific reference now made to role of Classification Officers/HROs, managers, employees and unions ADM (HR-Civ) intends on managing CWD implementation as a project with appropriate resources allocated to alleviate workload issues. 5.
