Target Market Women and minority-owned business on King County’s eastside with fewer than 100 employees Minority owned businesses have grown at double the rate of all other businesses 153% increase in entrepreneurial startups by minorities Between 1997-2002, women-owned business increased by 19% Minorities comprise 25% of Bellevue’s population but only 12% of businesses
