  4. Content • Language is learn through the physical activity • Children learn language by responding physically to the commands • Comprehension and retention are best achieved through movements in response

  5. HYPOTHESIS • The brain and nervous system are biologically programmed to acquired language. Listening is to be followed by physical movements • Brain lateralization defines different learning functions in the left and right hemispheres of brain • Stress intervenes between the act of learning. Lower the stress greater the learning. • Language acquire a detailed cognitive map and grammatical structure of language. Physical responses are interpreted as signs of language comprehension
