Summary of Cutover Time-Line • Sunday, Dec. 16 • 6 a.m. - Summary of all test results, current problem, status from agencies • 8 a.m. - Earliest point that applications will be available for general use • 8 a.m. - Final go or no-go decision • 12 noon - Begin execution of back out if required • Monday, Dec. 17 • 6 a.m. – End of change window. All applications available
