Antecedentes Legislativos • Ley Provincial N° 444 del 9 de diciembre de 1976 “Plan de Ordenamiento, Control Ambiental, y Desarrollo Físico del Área Industrial de la Ciudad de Formosa” • Ley Prov. Nº 447 del 14 de diciembre de 1976 Declaración de Utilidad Pública de los lotes rurales N° 79 y N°80 • Ley Prov. Nº 668 del 13 de Septiembre de 1978 Creación del ECAPI (Ente de Conducción y Administración de Parques Industriales)

Antecedentes Legislativos Ley Provincial 1.339 del 27 de Julio de 1983 Se autoriza la creación de Parques Industriales de Promoción.- • El Decreto Reglamentario 1.109/83 Creación de Parques Industriales, Caracterización y Clasificación.- • Decreto Nº 1.110/83 Normas para la Determinación del Precio de Venta de las parcelas con o sin mejoras en los Parques Industriales Oficiales de la Provincia que forman parte del presente Decreto. • 13 de Septiembre 1983 se dicta la Resolución N° 496/83 del Reglamento de Copropiedad y Administración del Parque Industrial.-
