  2. Objectives: The children will know and understand: • What bullying is. • What makes a good friend. • That we should all be responsible for our own actions.

  3. Teaching Notes Teachers will need to set the interactive whiteboard to pen mode as there are interactive activities on slide 4, 5, 6 & 7. Each slide has a forward button, back button and home button to allow easy navigation.

  5. What is Bullying? Bullying is when people are mean to someone or hurt them on purpose

  6. Am I a Bully? Can you think of a time when you have been unkind to others? How did you feel? How did the other person feel?

  7. Do I Involve Others in Bullying? Some people are easily influenced by others and will often do what you tell them to do. Can you think of the reasons why they would do this? Discuss Are they right for doing what you tell them to?

  8. Things to Remember We are all responsible for our own actions. Being mean to someone or hurting them on purpose is bullying. Treat others as you would like to be treated yourself.
