  1. Level 3 Air Conditioning Inspections for Buildings 16. Next Steps after Training (Day 3) PRESENTED BY Anthony Balaam aircon@stroma.com

  2. Submission of Reports for Auditing Minimum Standard Requirements:- • A complete copy of the lodged Air Conditioning Inspection Report must be present (as minimum, in .pdf format.). • The Minimum Portfolio of information covering the system documentation must be present. • Evidence to support that the minimum sample of the plant equipment associated with the air conditioning system has been inspected. • All assessments are to have evidence (photos, survey notes, onsite readings, etc.) to support the Inspection Notes throughout the Air Conditioning Inspection Report. • All calculations are to have been carried out correctly in the appropriate manner to the nature of the calculation that has been undertaken. • All recommendations are to be valid and appropriate to the scope and nature of the assessment carried out.

  3. Post Course Next Steps All enquires must be submitted to Technicalsupport@stroma.com or 0845 621 1111. Stroma will reply to all urgent queries within 4 hours and all others within 48 hours.

  5. ABBE Examination • Examination Registration form must be completed via www.stroma.com/examrequest • Full payment must have been made for the registration to be completed. • Once registration has been completed, STROMA will contact you within seven days with access to the ‘Pearson Vue’ online booking system and your unique log in details. • Your examination date will be chosen by you subject to availability at your chosen test centre. • Exam papers are automatically marked by ‘Pearson Vue’ system and the results issued within minutes after the exam.

  6. Portfolio Submission • You need to submit a portfolio of buildings to completeyour diploma. Your trainer will explain what types of buildings and the quantity required. • Please submit your portfolio as soon as possible. A guide of what is required can be found on the post course web link. • Once completedyour full portfolio will need to be sent to STROMA for the attention of Mark Charlesworth, Operations Team Leader. • Your portfolio will then be checked by STROMA and feedback provided within 40 days.

  7. Certification When your qualification is complete, we will forward a link to enable certification. Your application will by processed by the Operations Department within two business days. You will be issued with access to our members site along with a STROMA photo ID card for you to use on site visits.

  9. PL & PI Insurance As part of your certification you must have adequate insurance cover. Stroma have a arrangement with EnterpriseLtd, Swansea, to offer this on a £1.56 per lodgement. We will charge you for this money as part of your monthly lodgement invoice. If you do not want to take advantage of this you must submit a valid policy from your existing insurance provider.

  11. Lodgement Fees From Monday 6th April 2015, the lodgement fees will be amended from £1.30p to £1.27p for a domestic a EPC. For Non-domestic properties , Display Energy Certificates and Air Conditioning Reports to fee will change from £9.73 p to £11.66p
