2. Executive summary • As doing my part to help in with better pediatric care there are a few things to talk about. The general age for this pediatric office is 0-12. there is an objective for this office. We want to create a safe and happy place for our patients when they come here. The mission of our office is to have the best health care around the area. The key to our success is to make our patients feel better and hope they want to come back. For our staff we have to recognize how much they help in this operation and what they do. Our objective is to start out with as a small office and become a bigger office later on. We hope we get at least 5 patients every day just as the beginning and later on at least 20 patients per week.

3. Services • Our pediatric office will service patients 0-12. The services for our pediatric care are different for the ages • Newborn care • Infant care • Routine checkups • Physicals • And immunity shots

4. Strategy • Our office has a few strategies to have our successful pediatric care office. One way is that we will leave flyers. We will have a fax number and a phone number for our business that customers will use. Later on we will create a website to go online and book their appointments. To keep patients coming back we will care for them and help them as if it is our own family and will have new technology and make sure to keep up with the patients shots and physicals.

5. Web plan summary • Our plan for our website is to have an easy place for patients. We want to have it speak about our company and let it be easy to understand. We would like it to have some brief information about health conditions. Also to have it have our location and our hours that we work. On our website we will have our billing plans and what we can do to help you if you need to get insurance or anything else. Also the health physicians and how we want for our patients.

6. Management summary • At our office we will have a few workers. We will have two receptionist and three physicians including myself. They will have hourly wages and health plus dental benefits. We will have business meetings every week. We will have our main physician be paid from the company and then later on from our own office. This will help save some money for our office. We will have days where one physician is off and two physicians will be working at the office with the receptionist.

7. Financial summary • At first we will start off with 20,000 dollars for everything we need with our technology and everything else. For one year our offices physicians will be paid by the company. Later on we will slowly pay back the money every month little by little. We will rent an office for 5,000 every three months. We expect that in five years we will pay all our debts and break even with what we put into the office. Later on we hope to make 100,000 every year and gain more every year.
