  3. A Simple, Streamlined Process Export data to .doc or .csv file Existing paper forms are converted into electronic templates Observation data is collected on iPad or Android tablet Data is saved on cloud-based database Access data via our API’s

  6. Components of Beta Class • iPad App • Administrators, principals and other authorized personnel can complete an iPad version of existing walkthrough form • Web Portal • Authorized personnel can export walk-through results in to an editable electronic format

  8. Beta Class Pricing – Core Product The Beta Class pricing will be offered on a first-come first serve basis to ten (10) Pennsylvania schools or districts. Beta class participants must opt-in to the program by July 15, 2011. iPad App: FREE to download • Application branded with user logos past the initial login screen  One (1) Initial User License: $1000 +20% annual maintenance • Access to iPad App and portal • Ability to complete forms, export data, view data and reports • Export individual and group results as printable table, CSV, or in to predefined Microsoft Word template  Additional Users: $500 +20% annual maintenance • Access to iPad App and portal • Ability to complete forms, export data, view data and reports   One (1) custom form based on existing paper form • Five (5) hours dev time included (Additional time $50 per hour) One (1) custom export template based on existing paper form • Five (5) hours dev time included (Additional time $50 per hour) One (1) custom web based Jasper report based on collected form data • Five (5) hours dev time included (Additional time $50 per hour)
