Sources are req’d to fill forms and submit • St. Kitts – No • Belize – Field data collection from various dept’s ; review data for quality control; clerks enter data and electronic transfer to central office where Add’l quality checks are done

Each source.submit monthly return CRO/Stats Office • Police create DV as a variable in mthly reporting system. Enter in Crime register. Domestic Violence Template. • Station sends a monthly return to statistics office
#3 c For persons saying NOHow and which sources • Grenada • DV Unit within Min. of Social Dev, Police , legal Aid and Counselling Clinic, NGOs • Form designed placed in each station. Officer records information on form . Submitted to the Officer in DV Unit monthly from each station

#5-Strategies-Acts of violence related with one another • Time and date of incident and persons involved (victims and perpetrator) • Address • Separate charges / incidents
#6- Dep’t for Central Registry • Belize – Min. of Health ; • Dominica – Statistical Dep’t • SVG - Police -have an interest in the issue • St Kitts Nevis Police- let them continue • Grenada – MoSD, have policies geared to the reduction and eradication • Trinidad and Tobago – CSO, infrastructure in place , must make available to ALL
