Why Janaf interesting for eni • Janaf storage terminal is a key asset in the Med - Commercial drivers: • Supplying 6 inland refineries in Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia, and Hungary via its connection to the Janaf pipeline system • Eni equity crude position in CPC and Basrah, significant involvement in Urals and other Med grades due to our refining capacity • Bulk breaking and bulk building of cargoes for other destinations • Contangocapture

Why Janaf interesting for eni • Janaf storage terminal is a key asset in the Med - Logistic drivers: • Close location to Trieste port, which eni uses to supply its refineries in Germany and Czech Republic • A reverse pipeline will allow crude oil re-loading from storage (January 2016 • Safe and fully sheltered port • Flexible port facility with the ability to fast discharge VLCCs • Wide range of crude slates handled (including CPC, Basra and Azeri Light) • Tanks segregation and blending operations
