Performance and Evaluation • Describe how you will use DELEG approved assessments • Describe how you will implement DELEG’s assessment policy • Describe any other policies or procedures you will use that will better determine the needs of your Adult Learners
Performance and Evaluation • Monitoring of hours of instruction • Describe how you will monitor hours of instruction to be in compliance with the State’s assessment policy * A new module will be added to MAERS to help you track attendance hours and prompt you when POST testing can be done!
Performance and Evaluation • Sharing of common learner assessments • Described how you will coordinate (hopefully integrate) the different types of assessments all partners use
PERFORMANCE AND EVALUATION Performance and Evaluation • Using assessment to properly place students • Describe how your assessment process will help you provide the correct service (ABE, ESL, GED or HSD) to your Adult Learners.

Performance and Evaluation USING MAERS • Data must be entered on a quarterly basis. • Programs should make use of the Participant Enrollment, Missing Data and Soft Exit Reports to monitor program performance
