Time Management • While high-school students average 35 hours per week of class time, college students log an average of 15 to 18 hours per week. • Be Prepared for Summer Work before the class starts • Don’t Procrastinate • Will have to try different types of studying methods • Take time outside of class to teach yourself / read the material • Learn what is expected for the exam before the exam • Enlist the help of your fellow classmates and teacher • Remember: Time is a huge factor for our students, balancing the number of Advanced Placement courses with your activities (sports, work, clubs) is the hardest part. Our students have the ability, but do they have the time?
