GOALS • Establish a library of “Khan Academy” type videos to support the NYS Math Module documents (Curate and Create) • Use the module materials as the “starting point” • Offer these videos on a public platform • Embed video links and QR codes within Module Documents • Offer the newly “customized” Module Documents through online storage

  4. ccvidhelp video criteria • Target students and parents as the audience • Stay true to the CCLS and Standards for Mathematical Practice • Be clear and loud enough to hear on any device • Be thorough without adding unnecessary time to the video • State the Grade Level, Module, Lesson and problem at the beginning of the video • Be created by a certified teacher • Be tagged with the CCLS using YouTube metadata options • …
