Strategies For Building Group Cohesiveness inmixedcompany Encourage compatible membership In mandated groups, look at shared interests/hobbies, similar backgrounds, beliefs, values, etc. Develop shared goals Accomplish tasks Develop a positive history of cooperation Promote acceptance of group members
