Starter Look at the list below of things Satya and Simon want to do – would might they use? • Take photos • Share photos with friends and family • Make voice calls • Make hostel bookings over the internet • Send emails • Upload photos to an online album • Write a blog • Update social networking sites Discuss and list your ideas

Smartphones and Netbooks - PART ONESimon would like to take a new smart phone to meet all their requirements, but Satya would prefer to take a netbook and digital camera.Research and fill in the table to indicate which features they possess and which functions they can carry out. For some of them a simple tick or cross will be enough, but for others you may have to write a short explanation as shown for ‘voice messages’.
