Introduction • In this study, review of different English teaching methods can provides different ways in a variety of language learning context, it is very often to use English teaching methods in schools but it can not only be used on school education but can apply on job training. • Through the research, I will choose a trending company which have more communication opportunities and need more professional knowledge while interpreting and using the questionnaires to workers who are in charge of interpreting or communicating in English to know what abilities or skills they want to improve and increase. • According to the response and analyze different teaching methods to design a program for company to training workers for specific purpose in an effective way and in the short time.

  7. Literature review • An Integrated Model of Communication, Stress, and Burnout in the Workplace 1. Two theoretical frameworks—social information processing theory (Salancik & Pfeffer, 1978) and uncertainty reduction theory (Berger & Calabrese, 1975 2. The results indicate that both participation in decision making and social support have important impacts on perceived workplace stress, burnout, satisfaction, and commitment for both care-givers and support personnel.

  8. Literature review • The six Phases of Business Processes- Business Communication and the Exchange of Value 1. Concerning business processes there are theoretical frameworks in Business Process Reengineering (e.g Davenport, 1993) and Total Quality Management (e.g. Ishikawa, 1985). 2. In Action Workflow there is a division into four generic phases of the business process (e.g. Action Technologies, 1995). There are preparation, negotiation, performance and acceptance.

The speaker is performing a propositional act by referring and predicating. 3. The speaker is performing an illocutionary act by making a promise, asking a question and so on.
