Growth Strategy – Priority 1 • Deliver the core contracts in Hertfordshire and support Hertfordshire’s schools by widening and deepening our current traded offer to meet their changing needs.
Growth Strategy – Priority 2 • Where we have capacity - offering existing services to schools on our borders. • This will typically involve delivery of CPD, courses and conferences in venues within Hertfordshire but close to our borders starting in Year 1 but accelerated into Year 2.
Growth Strategy – Priority 3 • Where we have capacity we will occasionally respond to requests for delivery from further afield. • This will typically include providing speakers for conferences and provision of scalable business support services such as IT.
Growth Strategy – Priority 4 • Develop new products and services to pilot in Hertfordshire but with broader appeal helping the company to gain wider recognition. • Development work may start in Year 1 but delivery and sales where revenue is recognised is unlikely to be in place before the end of Year 2.
