2. The Situation • she needs a computer that is not too expensive and can do what she needs. • Her and her kids want to use it for Facebook • She wants to use it for her business and answering emails.

3. Recommended Computer • I recommend the HP Compaq 6000 Pro. • I recommend it cause ment for buisness and home. • I found it at http://computers.toptenreviews.com/business/hewlett-packard/hp-compaq-6000-pro-review.html • This is a very good computer for helen cause it isnt too expencive and can do what she needs done.

4. Chip • The chip is what makes everything run fast. • If you have a bad and old chip the computer will most likely be slow. • The chip is measured in math questions per second. • The computer that I recommended has the Intel Q43 Express chipset.

5. RAM (Random Access Memory) • The RAM is what stores everything and hold everything your working on. • If you break your RAM than everything you are working on and did not save is lost. • The RAM is measured in MB or GB, a computer with 8MB RAM has approximately 8 million bytes of memory that programs can use. • This computer has 2 GB SDRAM but can be upgraded to 16GB.

6. Data Storage • Data storage is what holds absolutely everything on the computer. • what it does is saves everything. • Its measured in GB or TB and RPM • This computer has 160GB 7200 RPM but can be upgraded to 500GB at 7200 RPM and you can get a 64GB solid state drive if you want.

7. DVD / Blu-ray • The Blu-ray can play high quality movies and it may have a DVD burner. • A DVD / Blu-ray is good to have especially if she has a lot of work on her computer. • Cause if she has a fire and everything burns down than she lost all of her work but if she burned her work on DVD’s than she could bring them to her husbands work and everything would be ok. • This computer

Network • The network is what brings you to Facebook or email. • It brings you to websites and email fast depending on the network. • The network is measured by GHz If it has 5.6GHz than is goes slow through walls. But if it has 2.4GHz- goes through walls(3,4)near but fast far but slow. • This computer has a Integrated Intel 82567LM Gigabit Network Connection.

9. "Other" Things • It comes with Microsoft Windows 7 Professional. • It comes with a 3-year limited warranty on parts!! • Ranked 2nd for 2013 best business computers. • Integrated Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 4500

10. Price • The price is $599 witch is a really good price for what the computer does and its all she really needs, she doesn’t need a $2000 computer.
