Decision Support Systems (DSS) • اجزاء DSS • Dialogue: یا واسط کاربری بمنظور تعامل با کاربران تا بتوانند درخواست ها (Queries)، مدل ها و بررسی نتایج را فرمولبندی نمایند. • Data: جمع آوری داده از منابع گوناگون مانند سیستم های تعاملی (برای عملکرد فروش)، از سیستم های حسابداری مالی (برای عملکرد مالی)، یا منابع اسنادی داخل سازمان و برروی اینترنت • Model: ارائه توانایی تحلیل به DSS. مثلا یک مدل مالی: میزان سود سازمان با شرایط ورودی کنونی در آینده چقدر خواهد بود؟
