Work in pairs • Need 1 triad • Each pair will have 3 Elementary schools in DPS • Gather information on: • Demographics • Academic achievement in each schools vis-à-vis the current school performance frameworks (SPF, Colorado School Grades, and State) • Student outcomes as measure by CSAP/TCAP by grade and disaggregated for ELLs
2011-12 Demographic Make-up • Total # of students • Ethnic make-up • FRL – free or reduced priced lunch (SES) • This info can be found on DPS website: http://www.dpsk12.org/ • ELLs – NEP,LEP,FEP info found on our Blog “ELA Report with FEP LEP NEP counts” under Lab 1 • Based on CELA scores: NEP = 1; LEP = 2 & 3; FEP = 4 & 5
