  3. Scholastic Achievement • Destiny Brown • Received leadership award in Cheerleading & will be competing at Disney World in March 2011 Perfect Attendance • Joseph Brown • Started program at his school where he reads to youth with learning disabilities • Voted MVP & Best Running Back

  4. Athletic Achievement • Christina Brown • Selected as the South Carolina Coaches Association of Women's Sport Class AA Swim Player of the Year  • Will be honored in Columbia on January 23, 2011

  5. Let’s give God a hand clap of praise for all the awesome things that are evidenced in the lives of ALL of our youth!!!

  6. Youth/Teen Ministry Announcements • Baptist Center Fellowship today – transportation to leave the church at 3:30p & return by 5:30p • Youth Auxiliaries Leader’s Meeting tomorrow at 7p in the multi-purpose room of the FLC - leaders or representative please be in attendance

Youth/Teen Ministry Announcements • MLK Day Parade in Charleston on Mon., Jan. 17th – if you want to help with decorating our float or be in parade, please see Angela Cooper, Raheem Washington, Min. Hartwell or Min. Mitchell • Monthly Youth Council Meeting – Mon., Jan. 24th at 6:30p – all youth & adults interested in working with the Youth Ministry are encouraged to attend

  8. Reminder • Please submit only the completed youth recognition form no later than the Wednesday before 2nd Sunday in the Youth Ministry box hanging on the wall in the church office. Thank you for your cooperation & God bless you!
