The Engine Room of Software Products A PCMM L3 & CMMi L5 Company • Notes • Project Training period ( 6 months or Completion of your B.Tech  Degree • whichever earlier) • No stipend/salary during project training period • Free Meal in Company Cafeteria • On Completion of Project Training • Will come on RSI Rolls. • Salary package will be 10k pm. • Revision every six months with 5k raise.  20k after one year based on performance. • A bond period 2.5 yrs against an amount of Rs. 1 lac ( breach of bond period). Bond to be executed by parents.
