GEM 2006 Adult Population Survey: tender for requests The Global Entrepreneurship Monitor program collects data on people’s attitudes to business and rates of business start ups on a countrywide basis. This is an expansion, to 40 countries, of a program started in 1999. Data collection for the 2006 round is to be completed by June 2006. The average interview length is 1.5 minutes and has never exceeded 2.5 minutes in a phone administration. The interview schedule is designed to be included in an ongoing omnibus or general-purpose marketing survey. There is a GEMNationalTeam of researchers in each of the countries. The entire survey effort is run by the GEM Coordination Team in London, England, responsible for all final decisions on design, receive data and other work products, and supervise payments.
