Sources of Accountability Data • Institutions report to THECB: student, faculty, course, room – level data • What is reported varies for 2-year & 4-year public & independent institutions, health-related, career schools • www.txhighereddata.org – CBM Reporting Manuals – have specs for what the institutions have to report • Student enrollment report: name, ID, gender, race/ethnicity, dob, class level, SCH, major, etc. • Texas Success Initiative (Deved): student-level • Course inventory: course #, title, etc. • Class report: course #, type, enrollment, etc.
