Good, Challenging & Different • What went really good this year (1 to 3 examples): • We were able to bring in Nick DeLaurentis to teach us about the GARP principles, and Chris Flynn to discuss Cloud Computing. • We changed the meeting day (from Thursday to Tuesday, based on survey results) and used MS Outlook to invite members. This seemed to increase meeting attendance. • Used survey results to help with program development • Have a couple of members that come over 200+ miles for our annual golf event. • What really challenged the Board and/or Chapter this year (1 to 3 examples): • Educational Program development to entice members • Newsletter! (only had 1 all year – August, typically every other month) • Thinking back what would the BOD or could the BOD have done different or would try next time? (1 to 3 examples): • Earlier planning for programs and seminar
Conclusion • Please share one or two expectations or ideas you have for the coming Chapter year. • Update our 2 year Strategic Plan • See how the RM Competencies can be used to enhance educational programming.
