Orderproccessing All transactions can be processed in tow ways: Automatic data transfer from reservation systems such as Galileo/Appolo, Sabre, Amadeus, Worldspan etc., or Manually with Action Codes. TIASallows you save all transactions such as an option booking, a confirmed booking with automatic generation of dates for documents, payments, cancellations, registrations, Credit notes, confirmations, invoices and creating of all necessary vouchers etc. You may transmit the invoice and /or the confirmation simultaneously by FAX, E-mail, post and Currier Any number of different services you have rendered, can be combined in a single transaction, whereby combined collections are possible. The supplier's transaction number is automatically allocated to each service. All price categories such as infant, adult, child, youth etc. can be allocated to each type of service. Stored prices and different fee rates for each service can be easily rewritten or updated. For agencies TIAS will print out the invoice with passed on fee and VAT.

The Connection is totally automated. If you work, for example, withGalileo you use the same workstation forTIAS. Just make a reservation in Galileo and Toggle by HOT-KEY to “TIAS” type in the File-Key which you received from Galileo by using the order entry program and you will receive all Details of the reservation onTIAS SCREEN. That is all you need to produce confirmation, Invoice, Voucher etc. Interface is made by “API”, “EDIFACT” as well as “XML”

Advantages are no more wasting time on phone queue less cost for web site holder as well as global access to the web. So the agency can ask for free flights, book directly and get a confirmation at once.
