Administrative Residency • 9-Hour Course • Applied Setting • Application of didactic content in practitioner setting • Preceptors are the lead faculty • Legacy Graduate Management Project (GMP) has evolved • Portfolio of GMPs • Mutually Developed by Preceptor and Resident • Evaluated by Preceptor • Two-page Executive Summaries of projects to develop portfolio • Opportunities • Federal facilities/organizations • Non-Federal e.g. Johns Hopkins, Cleveland Clinic

Who is the target student for the Army - Baylor MHA\ MBA Program? • Future Federal Healthcare Leaders • This population includes: • All AOCs of the Army Medical Service Corps • Army Medical, Dental, Veterinary, Nurse, and Specialist Corps • Officers in the Navy Bureau of Surgery and Medicine • Officers in the Air Force Medical Service • Department of the Army Medical Command Civilians • Veterans Administration Staff • DoD Civilians • Other Federal Health Staff 60 MHA Slots Annually 30 of 60 slots can be joint MHA\MBA
