Theme: Wind Powers Opportunity… Monday … forRURAL America (+$1 billion in annual land lease payments and taxes) Tuesday … in our EVERYDAY LIVES(Many of the products we use every day are powered by wind, i.e. Starbucks, Home Depot, Budweiser, and many more) Wednesday … for JOB CREATION(Over 114,000 U.S. jobs, with wind turbine technician being the 2nd fastest-growing job in America) Thursday … for VETERANS (Hired at a rate 67% higher than the avg. industry) Friday … for a clean FUTURE(Wind cuts carbon emissions and saved $9.4 billion in public health costs last year, and with offshore that will grow)
