  5. Viral STI’s • HPV (Human Papillomavirus) • HIV/AIDS • Hepatitis B • Hepatitis C • Genital Herpes

Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) • HPV is the most common cause of cervical cancer • Skin to skin sexual contact, HPV is a common virus that can cause warts or abnormal cell changes that lead to cancer • vaginal, oral or anal sex • There is a link between HPV and cancer of the vulva, vagina, anus, penis, and throat • There is a vaccine available to protect against HPV
