2. Basic Information Steel is a common material used for straps. It is widely used for different loads because of its various advantages. Advantage of steel strap includes its durability to handle very heavy goods. They do not elongate and less prone to breakage compared to plastic straps. Its sensitivity to warmer temperatures and the ability to handle odd-shaped loads. Steel strapping tool comes in two types of Handheld steel strapping tool and Strapping machines. 3. Basic Information Sealers help in the process by closing the strap and sealing it. Sealers use two methods such as Crimp and Notch method. Crimp sealers create joints which have 90% more break strength and are ideally suited for medium and heavy-duty steel strapping. The notch sealers form notch points by bending the notches downwards toward the load. Combination steel strapping tool combines the functions of tensioner,cutter and sealer in one tool.
