THE SNA Certificate in school nutrition PROGRAM The SNA Certificate in School Nutrition program is a certificate of completion program recognized by SNA to individuals who have completed educational requirements which have been established by SNA. It aligns with the USDA standards.

Different Certifications SNA Certificate Program is SEPARATE and DIFFERENT from the Food Protection Manager Certification requirement by local health departments.
To renewKeep track of your own records. A percentage of members will be audited when they renew.
Renewal Fees • Remember!!! • There are two renewal fees. • One for Membership and one for the SNA Certificate program. They will come at different times and you will need to pay both bills in order to renew them each year. • 1 Membership • 2 SNA Certificate for School • Nutrition Program
Statewide Training Classes • Developed in partnership with MDE. • Statewide training Brochureare available with class lists.
Rewards and Recognition for Successful Completion Successful course completion is based on: • Attendance (75%) • Completion of required assignments • Minimum score on Post test (70%), except ServSafe (75%).
Participants will be presented with: • A successful letter of completion of each course.
