What is Customs Clearance ? • Customs clearance means when the cargos, packages, passengers, transportation and so on in and out of a country, the owner or the agent should declare at customs. • Delivery the necessary documents and papers to request the customs to transact the import and export procedures. • Customs is an authority or agency in a country responsible for revenue collection, anti-smuggling operations, bonding and duty drawback, etc.
