Requirements Functional Requirements • Service Exchange: - Services should be offered and requested by system users. - All member shall have a certain amount social credit points when they register the system.( 30 points). - All services shall have a certain and same community credit points per hour. (10 points per hour). -Members shall not get above 60 community credit points or get below 0 community credit points. - Service demanders should rate the service providers from one to ten scale according to quality of the services after the service is done.

  3. Requirements • Users: -System shall demand name, surname, e-mail, phone number, location from the new member at the registration time. -System shall allow each community member to publish their service offers and requests. • Search: - System shall allow search with person name, location, rate and service types or any combination of these keywords. - System shall propose social services to the users when system doesn’t find the suitable match for that search from the same social services type.

Requirements Non-Functional requirements • Usability: System shall be a website which allow multiple user access at the same time and is compatible with last versions of the Chrome, Firefox and IE browsers. • Security and privacy: Third parties shall not be able to access personal information • Dependability: The web page shall conform the W3C standards and must avoid usage of non-standard technologies. • Reliability: The system shall be recovered from a possible database breakdown.

  8. Project Plan Milestone 3: December 6 • Development -Creating registration and Login operations -Creating Rating and Comment Operations • Testing -Testing the whole web site for extreme cases

  9. Final • Development -Identifying and Fixing the bugs • Deploying the Final Project • Writing a detailed documentation
