OBJECTIVE El SME Congress is a hemispheric network of service providers for micro, small and medium size enterprises; the principal objective is to identify and share the best practices of business promotion for international trade between the public and private sectors, as well as with non-profit organisations that support SME and determine how these sectors can cooperate effectively in promoting and facilitating international trade by smaller-sized companies.
