  2. Fair Labor Standard Act (FLSA) • The law which regulates such areas as minimum wage, overtime pay, and other payroll calculations.

  3. Pay Period 15 • FLSA 14 Day 60% 2005 40% 2006 Pay Period Dates 06/23/2005 - 07/06/2005

  4. Pay Period 15 • FLSA 7 Day Week 1 100% 2005 06/23/2005 - 06/29/2005 Week 2 20% (2005) 80% (2006) 06/30/2005 - 07/06/2005

  5. Final Check Payroll • PP 15FC will post based on the employee’s term date.

  6. Off Cycle Warrants • Any off cycle warrants issued after the current payroll closes, are attached to the next open payroll. • Central Payroll will close PP15 processing at 12 noon on July 14, 2005.
