Continuing Approval for EPPs not in Alignment TAC Sanctions may include: public reprimand, conditional approval, or revocation
An Important Note about SBEC Orders If an EPP that is being reviewed is under SBEC orders that state “the EPP must be in compliance with all TAC” at time of review, the outcome of the review may differ from what was described on the previous slides.
Today’s Main Points TEA is required to review EPPs and EPPs are expected to maintain appropriate records & provide them as evidence during the review. Send all requested documentation & records on dates specified in notification letter. Candidates’ records must be secure!! There are lots of available resources to help you with this process-call Program Specialist if necessary. Corrective action is required and time-bound.
