HOW TO USE THIS FORMAT • To insert title of the presentation and name of the author: • click on “view” • then “slide master” • then “slide”
CHARACTER SIZES TO BE USED • SLIDE’S TITLE: ARIAL CAPITAL 28 • List Titles: Arial small 24 • Sentences, comments, definitions: Arial small 20 • Secondary information, e.g. references: Arial small 18
PRESENTATION CHARACTERISTICS (1/2) • Slide’s title is mandatory in each slide, in capital letters • Avoid long and complex text • Each slide should serve for approximately 1 minute of oral presentation
