CELEBRATE YOUR HERITAGE …IN A KEG. 1. Keg Wine is fresher
E N D
Keg Wine is fresher Our stainless steel kegs go through a 14-step cleaning and QA process that has passed the test of even the most rigorous winemaking standards. This all goes to ensure that the wines underneath the bar are exactly the way the winemaker intended. With no corkage or oxidation, wines in keg will stay fresher, longer. An inert gas, which pumps the wine through the tap, also protects the wine from spoiling. This means less wine is wasted in the restaurant and the wine in the glass always tastes great! Keg Wine reducescarbon footprint Skipping the excess packaging and production of traditional glass bottles means that each one of our 100% reusable kegs is significantly reducing greenhouse gases. A keg also cuts back the solid waste that comes from recycling bottles and corks at the end of a busy night. Keg Wine more optionsat the bar or table Because of the efficiency kegs offer, restaurants will have more flexibility with their wine program It’s easy to get just a taste, a glass, a half-carafe or a full carafe, You’ll also have more by the glass options to pair perfectly throughout your meal. Feeling non-committal? You won’t have to commit to a full bottle if you want to mix it up and try a few different wines.
