The schoolyear 2009-2010 of IMST started with Stefan and Annika preparinglessons on the topic alternative energysources. • The lessonshaven`tbeenheldyetbecauselearningabout different sources of energy is on the scedule on 9th grade in the end of the schoolyear (May). • Weprepared presentations of wind power, solar power, districtheating and bio fuels. • Our pupilswill visit Närpes fjärrvärmecentral (Districtheating central) and make aquaintance to how it works.
Our students who now visit Czech have been experimenting with solar power during the term.
Robin and Julia took part in a competition in science called TekNatur with their project about cleaning of drinking water through destillation by solar energy
