  1. Proposition Vanessa Aguiar #1 Nikole Gonong #146B Introduction: Well, people have been voting for all of the propositions, and we want you to hear our opinions.

  2. Proposition 4 Description: Proposition 4 is about the parental notifications about abortion.

  3. Yes on Proposition 4 • If something were to happen to the girl having an abortion, at least an adult would know what is going on. • They would be responsible if they get bad cuts or injuries from cheap doctors. • The child will be a bad influence for their new baby.

  4. No on Proposition 4 • I vote no on proposition 4 because it is the child’s choice. • The child has the right of what he/she would want to do. • When the child has the abortion, they don’t need to tell their parents because they want their parents to know that they have grown up.

  5. Proposition 8 • Proposition 8 is about banding of gay marriages.

  6. Yes on Proposition 8 • I vote yes on proposition 8 because the same sex shouldn’t be able to marry. • The first people created were different genders. One was a girl. One was a boy. So, that is why we should marry a different gender from what we are. • If the to people love each other, they eventually want to marry each other. So, it wouldn’t be fair to other married couples that are not the same gender.

  7. No on Proposition 8 • I vote no on proposition 8 because if they really love each other regard less of what they look like they should be able to marry each other. • It wouldn’t be fair that gay people can marry ach other but other couples that are different genders can. • It is their rights if they want to marry each other.

  8. Proposition 5 • Proposition 5 is about rehab of non violent drug offenses.

  9. Yes on Proposition 5 • We are letting out criminals. • They broke the law. • Shortens paroles.

  10. No on Proposition 5 • Treatment for thoughts who use drugs. • Saves prison money. • Reduces the number of non violent offenders.

  11. Conclusion The conclusion about all of thee propositions, is that people want their opinion of these propositions. A lot of people are voting for either yes or no. When the voting is done, hopefully, we will have a better country.
