  21. What is Article Exchange? Article Exchange is a cloud based document-sharing site that provides a single, secure location where lending libraries can UPLOAD requested documents and library users can DOWNLOAD articles or book chapters obtained for them via interlibrary loan. The site adds convenience and security to article sharing through interlibrary loan

  29. Your FirstSearch 9 digit authorization will not work with the new service. You will have to go through a new, web-based process to create a username and password. Each institution will have its own individual URL. Authentication

  32. Libraries can use both WorldCat Resource Sharing and WorldShare ILL at the same time throughout the migration period (because the underlying database is the same). So think about starting small – Doing borrowing or lending in WS ILL Or On Tuesdays or Fridays for example Or Just Do It! How to migrate?
